Terms & disclaimers

Directory only

Source Tech Online, trading under Source Branding (Pty) Ltd, acts solely as a peer-to-peer listing directory. We are not a party to any service, sale or agreement between users. Buyers and providers must perform their own due diligence before engaging services or making transactions.

Credits

Credits are non-refundable and strictly dedicated to soliciting or listing platform services. Purchased credits stay in your platform wallet and cannot be withdrawn for cash.

Unresponsive contacts

If an unlocked contact does not respond, you may report it with proof. Validated reports return the credits to your wallet — never as cash.

Reliability cards

Green, Orange and Red cards are calculated automatically from peer ratings, responsiveness and upheld reports. Red-card profiles rank lower and cannot show Available or 24/7 status.

Chat records

Platform chat logs are retained permanently as evidence for dispute resolution.
